Best option is probably the zipped shapefile from OpenStreetMap via
Geofablik website<br>

You should be able to extract the Dar data from it using any GIS
software. <br>
Of course it will only contain the streets captured by the <a
href="http://www.openstreetmap.org">OSM</a> community and does not
guarantee that all streets will be captured as part of the dataset.<br>
